- INGREDIENTS:
- • 2 medium apples
- • 1 oz. lemon juice
- • 1 tsp. cinnamon
- • ½ tsp. all-spice
SPICED APPLE CHIPS
METHOD:
- Pre-heat oven to 250f
- Core apples and slice thinly
- Place apples in a bowl and pour lemon juice over top, add cinnamon, and all spice, toss to coat
- On a cookie sheet covered in tin foil lay out apples so they are not over lapping apples.
- Bake for 2 hours
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
